Muffin Tin Monday!

Yay, we're actually doing this on Monday! That's an achievement!

So, the cupboard is pretty bare here today, we've virtually no fruit. What we did have were 12 eggs that need using up in the near future, so I made egg mayonnaise sandwiches!

So, here's Ruby's muffin tin, she had egg mayo sandwich fingers, tomato segments, mini cheddars, a box of raisins and tinned peaches!

Muffin Tin Wednesday (part 2)

Well lunch was a big success! She loved it.

She had noodles, cheese, apple shaped bread and butter, strawberries, peach slices and a fruit sweets kebab on one of our new picks! Everything got eaten! She used to pink giraffe fork for her noodles and the blue dog fork for her cheese! So cute! Thank Sarah again for all the great stuff!

Not forgetting this cute face! He's 11 months now, how did that happen? We're on count down to his 1st birthday! :-O

Muffin Tin Swap 2010

Our parcel arrived this morning and I feel really guilty as we haven't sent ours yet. With illness and a lack of funds at the end of the month and now shops which don't stock anything fun we have been very delayed. Anyway, I'm awaiting an online order and then will have my parcel sent off the Chic Mummy's Sarah very soon.

So, we got lots of great stuff. Star shaped sprinkles, Tinkerbell cupcake liners, an apple and a butterfly mini cookie cutter, some picks and mini forks and some more cutters. All packaged really nicely in a cute little suitcase which Ruby loves hence why it's not photographed.

Updates and muffin tins!

Oh I've been so bad at updating this blog. I've been back at work 3 days week for a couple of months and I'm still struggling with there not being enough hours in the day.

So we've missed a lot of MTMs mainly because I've been working. So, this morning I did a little muffin tin breakfast for Ruby. She had jam on toast, blueberries, dry blueberry wheats, satsuma pieces and a big strawberry!

I've been listening to Revive our Hearts podcasts. Today's program was really good and spoke to my heart.

Muffin Tin Monday (breakfast)

So there was no theme for this weeks MTM, so we decided to do our first breakfast tin. Ruby had banana, cereal, apple, a cup of milk, toast and jam to spread on the toast! She loved it.

Muffin Tin Monday (Ahem Wednesday)

So I was working Mon and Tues so we've only gotten around to doing MTM today, and for dinner.
We didn't do the Mexican theme, but if it has to have a theme mine would be Quick and Easy! Mainly because most of it came from the freezer.

Ruby had rustic oven chips, ketchup to dip, 2 chicken fingers, peas and sweetcorn, a smiley face biscuit and some cherry tomatoes!
She's eating at the moment and the chicken fingers are popular, she hasn't had those before.
