Muffin Tin Monday!

Yay, we're actually doing this on Monday! That's an achievement!

So, the cupboard is pretty bare here today, we've virtually no fruit. What we did have were 12 eggs that need using up in the near future, so I made egg mayonnaise sandwiches!

So, here's Ruby's muffin tin, she had egg mayo sandwich fingers, tomato segments, mini cheddars, a box of raisins and tinned peaches!

    Look at that cute little giraffe.
    We have chickens that are just starting to lay, so we're really brainstorming on egg recipes lately!
